The Sovereign Forest + Other Stories is a film exploring the impact of mining and other commercial activities on the landscape, forests and communities of Odisha (formerly Orissa), India.

It is a part of the first major UK exhibition of Indian filmmaker Amar Kanwar, taking place at Yorkshire Sculpture Park  (12 October 2013 – 2 February 2014).
